Highlights of any visit to Venice include St Markąs Square and Basilica, the Doge's Palace, the canals and bridges and churches and markets............There is a lot more to the city though, but you will have to leave the city center for it. Why not visit the Isle of the Dead, where famous Venetians are buried, and the fishing island of Burano and the glass-making island Murano - it won't get boring in Venice, that's for sure!Standing on top of the campanile and enjoying the superb panorama....
