Good Accommodation, Nice Grounds
We had 2 nights at this hotel and we were very happy with our room, the buffet breakfast was enjoyable and the gardens were very nice, far nicer than being in a busy town centre. The Reception staff were friendly and informed some members of our group where to catch a bus which connects with the ferry. The 2 times we travelled to Venice were as a group and the Tour company provided transport.

This hotel is located in Mestre - something like 10 minutes from Venice.
We found a bus station just in front of the hotel and it was very easy to get to Venice.
very good rooms , nice breakfast , friendly workers - we enjoyed this hotel very much.
There is a great local restaurant near the hotel called Kiki Riki.

Best and Cheaper Hotel I Had in Italy
Ai Pini is in the city of Mestre, ten minutes from Venice and you have busses in front of the hotel in every 10 minutes. This is a brand new hotel with good rooms, bathrooms and breakfast. The best choice I made in Italy.
