I spent one weekend in this hotel and was pretty satisfied. Of course, rather a budget solution than luxurity. What I appreciated were the unique rooms in this old building with high ceilings, lots of carpets and curtains... I found it was a real feeling of Venice. Something overstyled would not fit in here. The hotel was directely next to Canal Grande, close to Rialto Bridge. You went through kind of a backyard to get to the lively street with lots of stores and cafes where you can have good breakfast. That was not too good in the hotel. The coffee was terrible, especially if you concider you are in Italy...
