Great location, helpful staff, clean.....cold breakfast.....cereal, yogurt, fresh Italian rolls, coffee, tea, hot choc., juice (watered down). Some fresh fruit would have been nice. (Everything was carbohydrates). No blow dryer in room, but you can borrow one from front desk. The room was very cozy. (small) The "breakfast on your patio" advertised was plastic tables and chairs in an open area (which was outside our room window) where we only saw people smoking. Towels were thin linen type found in European hotels and mattress was very hard (also typical in Europe).
Close to water taxi from airport and very convenient to Piazza San Marco.
