6 rooms and all have their own bathroom (ours was across the hall from room), aircon, quaint table and 2 chairs, double bed, TV, fridge. Breakfast served in a stylish setting where the manager Carlo makes sure everyone is happy.
Take heed - the B&B is hard to find so follow the directions sent with bookings otherwise you'll get lost. Close to the Academia and reasonably close to supermarket and shops/restaurants. B&B is a bit pricey, but Venice is a very expensive city to stay and eat.
About the photo - in 4 languages "To keep clean the table" was the little litter container that we laughed at every morning, it was so "Itglish" and like so many signs we saw in Italy.
