Nice place for staying near the Akademia Bridge
The hotel is well located: to Piazza San Marco 10 -15 minutes on foot, and in 5-minute walk from the vaporetto stops (the Academy and San Samuele, the last one is more convenient for tourists with heavy luggage. There aren't bridges on the way to San Samuele).
The hotel is decorated in Venetian style, rooms are clean, beds are comfortable. The only one discomfort: is : not all the rooms have en-suite facilities. I had no luck, my bathroom was outside the room, and to visit it, I had to dress up every time and to shut the door. In fact, this toilet room is privat, you'll be provided the key from the toilet room with your room keys at the check-in.
My room overlooked the church of St. Stephen's and Campo Morosini. However, the noise from the square didn't disturb me, as there were good glazed windows, and there were shutters in addition. The bathroom was clean, there was no any unpleasant smells, and there were some bath cosmetics.
The hotel staff are friendly and helpful, thanks them for the staying, but the breakfasts were quite poor.
