Well located reasonable priced accomodation
There are two locations you could stay at, one of them is located directly opposite the Santa Lucia train station at Santa Croce 555. This is also where the reception desk is located so you have to check in here first. The other site is about 15 mins away on the other side of the canal. It is very easy to find but if you think you'll have problems I'm sure the very friendly owners would take you there, though they supply everyone with a map of how to arrive.
The rooms are clean with a fridge, heater, air conditioning, kettle and a small breakfast as well as an en suite bathroom. The also have mixed dorm rooms. The price of a double room is 70 euros which is a good price for Venice.
