Pleasant, not fancy
The Casa/Hotel Fontana is fine. It's not fancy, but the rooms we had were comfortable and clean. The bed was firm, but the pillows were terrible. So hard, you'd get a headache from them. We ended up sleeping on the towels and our jackets. The breakfast was a little on the sparse side, but adequate. Our room was on the back of the hotel and had a view of a little garden. It was very quiet. My parents had a room at the front of the hotel, and they had no complaints about noise.
Unique Quality: We found the staff to be very friendly, although when we asked for a restaurant recommendation, we weren't pleased. The Hotel is convienently located.
The rooms had no carpet or rugs and no clock, which was kind of disorienting. But for the price and location, we all agreed we'd stay there again.
