I've learned to expect people to be smart and malicious always, when it comes to charging money. The guy at the front desk DID try to charge 30euros more than the price which was informed to us in the train station, but a little knowledge in civil law was enough for me to talk the man out of it.
Then we stayed at this 3-star hotel, a little better than what I expect this category to be, in Europe. It was pretty good: spacious, newly refurbished, clean, offering fancy envelopes/paper just like at the big hotels, glass-bottle shampoo and everything.
