Nice hotel but.......
Everything impeccable albeit for the noisy room. There is a central air conditioning system running through each floor hidden behind certains that continuosly functions and that resonated into my adjacent room.
I did complain but the personnel could not do anything about this noise. My friend who stayed in the more expensive rooms looking over the lagoon did not have this problem.
I asked for a refund as I did not sleep but the person at the desk said she could not do this unless authorised by Mrs. Visentini.
Other less expensive and important hotels have a "good nights sleep" guarantee.
I would never sleep there again unless in the more expensive rooms.....
