Great Location. Ridiculously overpriced, at least my single room IS. I paid 170 euros, the room is TINY, the shower was not working OK (I had floods, constatly, Alta Aqua without leaving your room!) last two nights they did not even bother to clean my room. There was no shampoo ther, either. Breakfast was very modest, to say the least, very slow service (only one waitress, so of course it was slow) The receptionist was NOT friendly and here is my last encounter with her Iher name is Eliana) night before I leave, I asked her to hlep me get a porter to carry my luggage to vaporetto stop (5-6 short blocks from the hotel) and she told me it's impossible, the porters work only after 9 a.m. and since I need it for 7 a.m. I will never get a porter. She strongly suggested that I called water taxi (and pay 160 euros!), they will meet me at the lobby and carry my luggage. I refused. I thought it cannot be TRUE and it WAS NOT. Next morning, I called the reception and talked with another person there, they called a porter and I had my luggage carried to the vaporetto for 16 euros. I will never come back to this hotel and don't recommend it to anybody.
