Great Location
People working at the hotel were very friendly. I would recommend this place to others, it is a bit expensive but that seems to be the norm in Venice/Italy, can't really beat the location. Our room was boiling hot one night and had the windows open the rest of the night.
Unique Quality: The location was outstanding, couple minutes walk to Saint Marc's Square. You can walk all over this city. The water taxi stop is right next to the hotel so you can jump on a taxi if you are going further.

Affordable hotel on the waterfront with beautiful
In Venice many hotels are very expensive especially on the waterfront, overlooking St. Mark's Basin, but we found a jewel buried between them. The Hotel Paganelli is beautiful and on the waterfront. This hotel is right along the Loandra palace but 1/3 the price.It is clean, the bathroom is brand new, and the bed is comfortable. It is right on the famous walkway, the Riva in Castello. Just a little walk from the Bridge of Sighs and San Marco. Take water bus to San Zaccharia stop.
The people who work there are very nice and polite. There is also a nice little breakfast in the morning, more than just a roll. The best part is the beautiful view, ask for room 6, it is the one in the brochure on the internet.
We paid 170.00 a night worth every dime.
Unique Quality: Inexpensive approximately 180.00 Euros, depending on the season. Breathtaking view from room 6, maybe others. Nice polite and clean with a little terrace. Gondoliers parking right buy.Beautiful views, see pic.

The only one iI know (except the biggest, famous and expencive hotels) is the Hotel Paganelli.
Nothing special at all (see the review on tripadvisor:

but the location is great: of course you pay for that.
