    This is an excellent hotel to stay in. It is opened from February to the end of November and is situated on a central but quiet street of the Lido di Venezia. Only 5 minutes from Venice, the isle is connected by four efficient ferry-boat services, that run 24 hours a day. Hotel has 42 rooms, and three floors connected by a lift. The rooms are very tasteful and some have a balcony. All rooms have bathroom and shower, air-conditioning, telephone and satelite TV. The staff is most courteous and helpful. It is very reasonably priced, with breakfast included.

    Staying on the island is very expensive. We also just happened to have a car which is a little hard to drive over water. So, we opted to stay on Lido di Venezia. The hotel was a little hard to find but clean and efficient. Rooms however were small. The staff was friendly and helpful. It was an easy walk to the water to catch a taxi or shuttle across.

    There is a small restaurant just down the street on the corner that has excellent food (sorry, don't remember the name...just the food)
