Hotel San Giorgio, Venice, Italy - Reviews and Hotel Information

My room (though a bit small) had pale blue and gold brocade fabric on the headboard, bedspread, chair, and tablecloth. There was also gold leaf on the headboard, a TV, telephone, nightstand, table, mini bar, mirrored armoire, blow dryer, Murano glass chandelier, and terrycloth towels in the bathroom. I would definitely stay here again!

Amenities include a breakfast room, though there is no elevator. Hotel San Giorgio is about a 10-minute walk from San Marco. The biggest asset is the owner/manager, Valerio. He was cheerful without fail every day, and went out of his way to offer solutions when there was a mistake in my reservation, as well as when my ATM/Visa check card did not seem to be working. Also, be sure to say "hello" to Pablo, the huge black and white cat who's generally sleeping in the lobby!
