This small hotel is very clean, with nicely decorated rooms. Ok, the rooms are quite small and may not be suited for families but for a romantic getaway in Venice, they are perfect. Room 9 (Pepperoncino) even has a private rooftop terrasse!
Rates are high but decent in this area of Venice as you will be right in the middle between Rialto and Piazza San Marco.
note : it's a 5 stories building but with no lift. So if you have health problems or are disabled, I suggest you ask for room 1 or 2 (second floor, so you still have some stairs..).
Service is unbeatable. It's like sleeping at a friend's place.
Location couldnt be more central.
