by myriam_cThe building, that used to be an ancient palazzo, has completely been restored in 2002 and has 6 luxurious guest rooms and suites, all tastefully furnished in typical Venetian style.
Very friendly young owners who will give you every possible information you might need.
All the rooms have all modern comforts: private bathrooms, satellite TV, minibar, direct-dial telephone, internet connection, safe, air conditioning. Some have wooden floors, some have Venetian mosaic tiles. All have Murano glass chandeliers and are decorated in the typical Venetian style with marbles, carpeted walls and thick damask curtains.
We had a room with 2 huge windows overlooking a small canal.
Location was superb, in a narrow street in sestiere Cannaregio, very quiet at night and yet only 5 min. walk from Ponte di Rialto.
Breakfast was served in the room and was a traditional Italian breakfast: toast, croissant, butter, jam, Nutella and coffee or tea.
