Central Location, low key hotel

We stayed at Locanda Fiorita on our honeymoon for 3 nights in December. It was a great location that was central to walk to all the things we wanted to see, but it was slightly off the beaten path and that made it relaxing. The room was slightly small and the bathroom could have had more amenities, but it served our purpose. Do not stay at this hotel if you are someone who likes to hang out in your hotel room and unwind a lot, as it is not ideal for that. It is a clean, petite room that is well located for the traveler who is on the go. One of our favorite features of staying here was going to the sister hotel every morning for breakfast, espresso's and drinks made to order along with pastries and cheeses. The perfect way to start your day!

A small, friendly hotel

The last time I was in Venice I stayed in this hotel and I loved it, the staff are friendly and the room was lovely. The cost was €130 per night for a double room with en-suite and air conditioning. Breakfast was included and was eaten outside the hotel on the square. It was a pastry, roll and some toast each.
We were at the back of the hotel facing the restaurant but there was double glazing so when the windows were closed you couldn't hear anything.

Unique Quality: This was in a very handy location, close to St Marks, the S .Angelo water bus stop and a short walk to the Rialto.
The room was decorated in imitatition of the old venetian style and looks great. Although on the smallish side, it has a writing desk and chair and a built in wardrobe.

Trendy new sister-hotel of Locanda Fiorita (just around the corner). The hotel is situated in front of the Santo Stefano Church (campo Santo Stefano) with is very central. Rooms are spacious enough with safe, mini-bar, badroom, flatscreen tv and airco. Roof terrace on the top-floor (4e). No elevator unfortunately. Good breakfast at the second floor.

Price is reasonable, we paid € 160,-- for a room (june/july).

Very friendly staff. The hotel has no porter service. You have to check in at Locanda Fiorita, and they give you the key of the front door.
