Charming Venetian Hotel
My stay at the Palazzo Paruta was absolutely wonderful! This charming boutique hotel was once a 1500 year old Venetian Palace. The location was ideal as it was walking distance to the main sites and very close and easy to get to the Vaporetto. You can also take a water taxi to use the hotel's private dock. This place is unlike any other hotel as it is independently run and only has around 13 rooms. The breakfast was amazing with delicious pastries, crepes made to order, and freshly squeezed juices. I stayed in a junior suite with a peaceful canal view, the bathroom was pretty huge and the pull out sofa can accommodate more people if needed. My stay in Venice was so memorable. I loved the beautiful decor and comfy bed, will definitely return.
