    • I stayed there for 4 nights in March 2005. The residence is in a nice quiet neighborhood in Venice, close to the train station and a bus stop. It is newly refurbished, with new furniture and individual climate control in each room. The rooms are small. Breakfast is not included, but in the morning you can pick a croissant. Hot tea and coffee is available from a machine 24 hours a day.

    Very quiet place close to the train station and a bus stop, so you don't need to carry your luggage through many bridges (all of which have steps).
