Walk from Piaza Bra with the Roman Arena through the elegant Via Mazzini street with its expensive shops to the beautiful Piazza delle Erbe which is surrounded by palaces. Continue walking through the Arco della Costa with the whale's rib that's suspended from the arch. If the rib falls on your head, you'll be happy to know that according to the legend you'll be the first 'just' person to walk beneath it. You'll reach the Arche Scaligeri - the tombs della Scala family. Return to the Piazza delle Erbe and walk along Via Cappello to number 23 - Casa di Giulietta. You can see the statues of the two lovers, and if you rub your hand over the left breast of Juliet, you might find a new lover. It didn't work for me :-( .
