Villa Grancasa: absolute peace and quiet

Villa Latina and it's close neighbours have no hotels. There are agriturismo facilities but we were just looking for 2 nights accomodation. The barman in the only open establishment in Villa Latina put us onto the Villa Grancasa in San Donato val di Comino. He even made the call for us to check for availability. On arrival, we were expecting a very rustic,down to earth pensione.
We were pleasantly surprised to find an impeccable 3* hotel. It only has 26 rooms but they are very comfortable and immaculte.
We were offered bed and breakfast/half board or full board.
We took bed and breakfast and thoroughly enjoyed our two night stay.
