Hotel in Cesis
Well, I ve seen nicer places in my life, and it wasn't very convenientely located, about 30 min. walk to centre, or else minibus, but it was in the countryside and its main pro was the price it was quite cheap.
Unique Quality: The balcony was alright, we could sit there in the evening and drink wine and have a look at the countryside
