	Park Hotel Latgola: The Only Real Hotel In Town Satisfaction:

Hotel and facilities were not quite as good as they seemed on the hotels website but they were clean and relatively well managed - although English is not universally spoken.

The food at the Rothko restaurant was good although the decor of the restaurant grates a little. Service was generally good but could get a little slow if the restaurant was more than half full. The food and the wine seemed good value to me but I am sure that they are very expensive by local prices.
