Kraslava Vilnis Guest House: A Hidden Gem

Excellent Little B&B

Very nice place, good food, excellent staff. Great swimming pool. VERY inexpensive. A Hidden Gem!

Zive: Kraslava's sweet spot

My two teenaged daughters and I stayed for nearly a week in July at the lovely pension/hotel 'Zive" on the banks of the Daugava river in Kraslava. It is not exactly 'American' style, but the minor distinctions are no complaint! We were treated like royalty, breakfasts were scrumptious and filling and all the accomodations were as comfortable as anyone could wish for. The view of the river from our suite was like a picture from a story-book. The town of Kraslava is small and quaint and the hotel is located in easy walking distance of stores, banks, parks, museums and cafes. The proprietors are very helpful and friendly. I would certainly recommend this accomodation.

Viesu nams "Zive": Guest house by the river!

Nice rooms with good view from the windows. Delicious breakfast!
