Argonaut Hostel

Very convenient location, friendly staff and good atmosphere. However, when dorm doors were open and shut the noise was very loud and annoying during the night.

Good hostel, around the corner is the big market and shops. The hostel is fresh and clean. Common room with free internet and movies, theres also a kicthen you can use.

Unique Quality: Good location,rooms are fine,nice staff, fully stocked fridge with a free beer on arrival :)
Theres many tours you can book though the hostel.

Directions: 200 metres from Riga bus Sttion, 400 metres from the Train Station.

Argonaut Hostel is located in the Old Town of Riga on a cobbled stone street. It is owned by an Australian with Latvian heritage so you get a good mix of service and helpful tips on what to see and do. I slept really well on the thick mattresses they have on nice homely wooden beds.
