Birute Hill by yumyum
Birute who was the mother of Vytautas the Great was apparently a virgin priestess at the pagan temple which stood on this hill. Today there is a chapel on the hill. The hill is also very popular for photographs with the sea in the background. There is only one spot where these pictures can be taken and sometimes a few people are waiting to take the shot.
