Hotel Panevezys: Not the cheapest but the most centrally located

Soviet style hotel with the typical feature which a appreciate a lot, namely a working heating element in the bathroom which makes it easy to rinse something out and it's try the next morning.

Price for a single was 120 litas including breakfast.

Unique Quality: The view from the 11th floor was great but even if your not so high up, you could take the lift up as there are kind of public balconies on each floor.
