Take note that Telsiu Apskritis despite of it's beuty and cultural interest is not a prime tourist region. There are hotels in Telsiai and other towns, however, they might be harder to find, than for example in coastal resorts or major cities. Also, they shouldn't get booked, but due to quite low number of beds overally in region, during some mass events it might be so. There is always an option to stay at farmhouses - some farmers provides this oppurtunity. Campings can be hard to find.
