Accomodation in Utenos Apskritis

Region has no major cities, but usually people who comes here comes not for them. Accomodation should be available in main towns. Also, perhaps even better oppurtunity, is to stay in farmhouses of local people - this is called country tourism and it's get popular in Lithuania. As there are many lakes in the region, finding such a farmhouse near one of them shouldn't be hard. Better farmhouses also offers various forms of tradituional entertainment, like horse riding, or saunas (Russian baths actually), with ability to go to lakes after taking them. There are various comfort levels in these farmhouses, and staying there can also help you understand about Lithuanian country way of life.
