Hostel
I only had a place in a dormitory because the hostel was full. These kind of rooms are very small.
Staff is kind and helpfull. A lot of tourist information, from Latvia and abroad, is available at the reception.
Unique Quality: Available in this hostel are: a kitchen with microwave, breakfast room, lockers, washing machine (10 Lt), satellite television.
Internet is free, but only one computer is available!
We can reach old town easily on foot.

Unique Quality: This youth hostel is situated in a very nice place - in the old district situaded in the center of Vilnius - Užupis.

Cheap, clean and quiet
I had an excellent stay there !
The room was really clean and so were the showers and the toilet.
They serve an amazing breakfast with fruit, vegetables, cheese, meat, jam, coffee, tea, eggs, ... Better than in a 2 star hotel !
The common room was large with comfy seats, a large table with 15 chairs, a television and a computer with free internet access.
The hostel is located in the green outskirts of Vilnius. It takes a 15 minutes walk to Saint Peter & Paul Church and to the city centre. You can also go by bike - free from the hostel.

here's Carmel having a 'Bridget Jones' moment, she had a thing for flaunting her granny knickers everywhere! (you may have seen the photo on my Riga page where she has them fluttering outside the hostel window across from Riga Main railway station!)

I wasn't there as i live in Vilnius. But i can say you, that it is in the old part of Vilnius, very near by old city.
