Best Hotel
We stayed 13 nights in the Hotel Rinno. It is located in the heart of Old Town Vilnius strategically between Gedimino and The Gates of Dawn. The rooms are a good size with private bathroom. The bathroom is extra large and includes a great shower, sink, and toilet..and a bonus heated towel bar. Our room had a queen size bed with a very comfortable mattress. The room included a telephone, wardrobe, desk/chair and club chair, and a TV ( BBC in English). I understand internet access was available although I did not have a laptop.
I highly recommend this hotel because it is a great value in a great location with a great staff. The hotel is rated 2 or 3 star on the Lithuanian tourism site but would be higher in USA. It is certainly better than a Holiday Inn...maybe more like a good Raddison. It is a small hotel so the staff will know you and your habits/desires.
Unique Quality: Everything is new and clean and modern. The food at breakfast is superb and was among the best meals I had in Lithuania. I liked the central Old Town location. The castle, the Gates of Dawn, the American Embassy Library or the bus station was only a short walk.
I would stay here again if I visited the city. There is nothing too fancy for my taste but everything is high quality.

Hotel Rinno
I paid 280Lt per night for a standard double room but I suspect I was given a superior double room for it had a 21 inch TV, mini-bar and a hairdryer.
Unique Quality: A very good breakfast is provided. The lady in the kitchen will offer to freshly prepare you pancakes or eggs. You have a choice of boiled, fried or what she calls scrambled egg. In reality the scrambled egg is an omelette and it is very tasty.
