A hotel in two parts: on the website you will see the main building which is pleasurable enough with a nice restaurant and verandah where you can enjoy your meal, watching the hilly landscape.
Just across the road there are more rooms: spacious, good beds, free wifi, a spacious though dated bathroom with shower and hair dryer.
Breakfast is also served in the 2nd building. Here again: no fuss, nothing lacking either.
Half of the rooms overlook a parking space. Across the parking space is a gas station and a sort of supermarket for mainly liquor and cigarettes. Gas, diesel, and tobacco are still one of the cheapest in Europe.
Bastogne and the Belgian Ardennes are just 10 kms to the west. To the east you find yourself in northern Luxembourg.
Unique Quality: Free wifi (code is in your room), a big tv screen, and for Dutchies: all the tv- stations we have at home too (NL 1, 2, 3, commerciele Nederlandstalige zenders).
This B&B/hotel is owned by Dutch people so that make it nice for my countrymen.
A room in the main hotel is 65 euro, in the 2nd building 45 euro, breakfast included.
Great deal if you ask me.
We didn't try the 3-course day menu at 15 euro.
Mind you, the road can be noisy, so you need to firmly close the windows to shut that out.
