PerekopBerdorf and the Little Switzerland
Berdorf is a village in the so-called "Litte Switzerland" of Luxembourg. It's a region with fascinating rock formations with names like "Perecop", "Labyrinthe" or "Geierslay". If you plan to hike there, I would recommend to get a hiking map of the complete Little Switzerland (2 Euro only). The interesting sights are marked on it, and you'll find that there are lots of marked hiking paths.
Other things to see not far away:
- Mullerthal with it's famous Schiessentümpel (a little waterfall - really little I'd say!) and some more hiking paths with interesting rock formations
- The castle of Beaufort
- The castle of Larochette
- Echternach
