The rooms have less than basic furniture (we had one bed with a leg missing when we arrived and were told to put the "Yellow Pages" under the corner.
The swimming pool area looks more like the remnants of a building site with cold water.
The staff are anything but helpful.
Expect to be pestered within the hotel complex by people who "insist" on you buying a type of time-share apartment. They claim you can stay anywhere in the world at anytime when in fact the only place they offer you is this Hotel Apartment bulding in Xemxia. They will not leave you alone, thereby spoiling your holiday.
The breakfasts in the hotel are of poor quality and very basic.
You will need to hire a car because you'll be isolated as the last bus back is at 7pm.
The views are reasonable and there are a few good restaurants in the area.
It's on the main bus route to the Gozo ferry.
