Not good
Nobody would deny that the view from the dining room's magnificent, but that's all the hotel's got going for it. Otherwise the food isn't particularly good (breakfast's dismal), the rooms are bare (at least, mine was) the lift's tiny, and the place generally gives the impression of being worn out and uncared for.
Unique Quality: The view over the harbour to the three cities is great.

Valetta's friendliest staff
We stayed here for 4 nights. The hotel is located at the Grand Harbour. The hotel has the greatest view over the harbour.
The rooms are basic but absolutely clean. Every day the beds were made en there were clean towels every day. The breakfast is basic but fresh and ok.
If you are a businessman or a tourist looking for luxury than there are better options.
Unique Quality: Great views. The helpfullness of the staff.
