Small, new Hotel/Hostel. Not fancy, but new, clean and quite. Has additional services (SPA, massage, etc.), but do not expect for anything fancy. Has a restaurant and a bar on site. Food is quit good. Inexpensive (e.g., a suite including bedroom, living room, private bath and toilet, refrigirator is around 40USD; can sleep up to 3). 2nd and 3rd floors with no elevator. 24 hour guarded parking lot (just to be on a safe side). air condition, TV.

There is another new Motel outside Edinet - 2KM to the north. Also nice, but more expensive.
