Hotel Toren -Amsterdam - Canal house. My husband and I have stayed there Christmas & New Years(1999/2000)
and Thanksgiving 1998.
approx. $150 per night for the bridal suite

The staff are nice & helpfu.l My husband & I stayed in the 'Bridal suite' in the second building which overlooks the garden. The room is very spacious & has a marble fireplace and an unbelievable bathroom with a jacuzzi for 2.

Holland is full of hotels, in every priceclass available. From the expensive Amstel Hostel (picture) in Amsterdam till the cheap youth hostel in (which forgotten place should I mention?) Chaam, there is room to sleep for everyone.

YHA Youth Hostel. If you want clean, small dorm rooms with bath included spend the few extra dollars. It's located right on the park, close walking distance to everything, and has its own bar on the bottom floor. Great place to meet other travellers.

In Elburg I stayed in a bungalow park. It was nice and for 5 or 6 persons for one week it isn't very expensive. I just can say how much does it cost in Deutsch Mark DM and in Gulden because there is no big difference in DM and Gulden. It's about 100 DM/Gulden. Not very much I must say. You can also stay there with a tent or a camper

chaeap, camping and bungalows and also campers.

In Katwijk I stayed in a very nice pension very close to the beach and the city with all the shops. The name is'Seagull'.
25 Gulden per night or was it for 2 nights???

This pension is very clean and simple. The rooms are small but it's enough space to sleep. There are rooms for 1 or 6 persons. Very often in the rooms are bunk beds. Also you have a TV on your room, but you are not allowed to eat anything in the rooms. But waht the owner don't know.......;).
The breakfastroom is in the basement. You can choose your breakfast from a buffet. Jam, Tea, Cafe, Milk, rols, bread, juices and many more. The owners are very nice.

Duinrell: Campground at Wassenaar

I have been to'DUINRELL' at Wassenaar a long time ago, but still exciting and very much worthwhile to stay for a holdiay or to visit.

Also near to many beaches in great cities like Scheveningen, Zandvoort(motorraces), Katwijk aan Zee and more

Fantastic camping, nature and a big attraction area for any age!
There's a skivalley and a sunstropical swimmingpool! Anything for adults with or without children.
