Appartments on Schier: Get a appartment or home instead of a hotel.
When we arrived we where welcomed by the owner of the appartment who lives on the ground floor. She gave us the key and showed us the room. The appartment is close to the village center but the also have a authentic islander house which is right in the middle of the city center next to the post office.
Unique Quality: The appartment is located on the second floor (no elevator) and has two separate rooms. The living room has a full kitchen including a cooking plate with four burners, a microwave and a coffee maker. There's is a tv with cable television and a radio. In the other room is a bedroom with one double and one single bed and a closet. There's also a sleeper for babies.
In the room there's also a rack to dry your clothes. In the bathroom is a shower, sink and toilet. In front of the appartment is a nice garden where you can sit and relax.
All in all a spacious place Area appartement 35 m2 area terras 10 m2
Linnens, (towels and bed linnens) are included in the rate.
Pets are not allowed.

Regina: "Our house"
We stayed several times in this house, last time a friended couple and their 3 kids accompagnied us.
It is large enough for 10 people and well equiped.
Close to the village it is a nice house to spent some time in.
Unique Quality: Close to the village, the dunes and the sea.

Herberg Rijsbergen: Nice hostel in a great building
The hostel is situated in this old huge farmhouse with rooms that can accomodate individuals, families and groups. There is also a little bar, a small terracce and a nice field behind it.
Prices include breakfast, linnen, towels and tourist taxes. Price for a 2-person bedroom is 60 euro (2003).
