Read your paper (for free) by vtveen
Our local Library ('Bibliotheek') has a large reading room. You will find a lot of papers and magazines. Off course the most are wrtitten in Dutch, but there are also some in foreign languages like: English, German and French.Everybody can walk in and read these papers for free.
The reading room is on the right hand side, just behind the main entrance.
The Library is very close to the city centre and is well sign posted.
