The scenic beauty and magnificent country views increased the ritual event performed by the Avalon Priestesses of Glastonbury, special dedicated to the Dutch/Zeeuwse NEHALENNIA in Zeeland. Even some raindrops completed the beauty of this ceremony ... A trip to Stonehenge still is in my mind, though Lochem offered a phantastic substitution to witnes the ritual ceremony of these Priestesses, all in colored veils ...

It is well-known the Dutch are proud of their traditions, culture and country. So cows do play a big part of it, performing in a lot events, fairs, and crafts. Donot be surprised to see a cow on the roof, even it is a restaurant in Lochem. Or in the centre of a Lochem roundabout in the streets ...
It was a great experience to witness a true ritual event in Lochem's country land, organized by Athanor and Avalon Priestesses from the Netherlands and England. The farmer, and owner of Athanor, allows his property to use for spiritual events, like this one. It is said the area around Lochem offers great opportunity to experience spiritual powers. I never could imagine I would enjoy such an event and was amazed by the seriously prepared performance of these women ...
Not far from Lochem's centre it is a nice walk along Lochem house-places. Beautifully coloured gardens full of flowers make your walk pleasant and for sure the families living here enjoy their lovely gardens, too.
