Very comfortable, the hotel is 100 years but does not look it. It is right opposite the rail station. Single bed and breakfast was 105 euro..All the usual in room including a kettle,fridge, and Tv.
Unique Quality: Grand Hotel De L'Empereur is a very well known and excellent hotel in the centre of Maastricht, it's located across the railway station of Maastricht. The Hotel can not be missed when leaving the railwaystation due it's old tower above the old hotel entrance. From the Hotel you can walk towards the city centre and River Maas in max. 10 minutes.
The hotel is situated next to the trainstartion. Its located in a monumental Jugendstil building dating from 1902. It has a classical tradition and is yet modern from inside. It has a French kitchen, a sauna, swimmingpool inside, and a lounge.
