go to: www.nshispeed.nl
there is a train (on monday to friday) every hour to Luxembourg, you only have one stop at Namur, it takes 3,5 hours... the price you can find on above website.

The excellent
http://reiseauskunft.bahn.de/bin/query.exe/en
gives times and details for almost all European trains in English.
There are hourly trains with either one or two changes, most taking around 3.5 hours but some taking 4.5.
Click on the grey arrow at the side of each departure for details of changes etc.
For fares you will have to look at the Netherlands railway site linked in the first reply.

Do a Google search for "B-Rail" this is the official Belgium train website. They have an English version. The train from Maastricht to Luxembourg will require a change at Liege. I have done this journey many times and I will also be taking this route in early July

Travel Tips for Maastricht
Wilhelminabrug
by conanabad
The Wilhelminabrug (1930-32; fine views of town) leads directly to the spacious Markt. The seven-arched St Servaasbrug was originally built in the 13th century, and also offers a good view of the town. On the bridge can be seen a modern statue of St Servaas (Servatius). Near the bridge a semicircular structure erected in 1984, marks the spot where the Romans built the first bridge over the river.
Coffee Shops
by gaston_febus
The Coffee Shops in Maastricht aren't as brash as their Amsterdam counterparts and are all the better for it.
Grote Gracht contains a number of coffeeshops including Wall Street, the only coffeeshop I know of to feature Pole Dancers!!!!!
There are a few others located in the sidestreets near the railway station.
lovely flower shop
by MATIM
I found this flower shop in the “Stokstraat” (stickstreet).
At this street you will find some of Maastricht’s most exclusive shops, as well as a number of beautiful period houses with attractive gable stones.
Lang/Kort Grachtje
by Imaniac
Lang and Kort grachtje, stand for long and short canal. Not that you can see a canal here. What you CAN see are the old city walls. These two streets are perfect for having a look at the first city walls. They were built in the 13th century and are most definitely worth a visit. There are other places where you can see the walls, but nowhere can you see them this close by over such a long distance.
"Modern" City Walls
by Imaniac
On the side of the river Maas where the city center is, you'll see a lot of the old city walls, that date back to 1229. If you go to the other side, where the railway station is, you'll see more modern parts. They date back to the 14th century to surround the modern area called Wijck. A lot of these walls have been destroyed in the 19th century, but were rebuilt in the 20th century.
