This hotel started as a Golden Tulip hotel and now is extended with a second building.
It's location next to the MECC makes it ideal for conferences.

I was attending a conference at the MECC which is only a 100m from the hotel. In this respect the nh Hotel, Forum 110 is very convenient but I wouldn't have wanted to stay there if I was visiting Maastricht for a short break or holiday. It was perfectly well equipped, comfortable with all of the conveniences you would expect of a modern hotel but it lacked character and because of its location lacked any sense of engagement with the town. The breakfast was Dutch or at least western European. I cannot comment on the rest as I didn't eat there.

If you wanted to access the internet to carry out your business the hotel charges a connection fee. Next door, in the MECC, there is free wifi connectivity. Best to read your emails in the centre.
