The Hotel Armada has the most welcoming and helpful staff,and the location is to die for right on the Keizersgracht(canal) just around the corner from the Rembrant Plein(square), the breakfasts(ontbijt) are the usual Dutch fare of boiled eggs, cheese, salami and coffee or fruit juice and one other good thing about The Armada is that the more often you visit the cheaper(goedkooper) the rooms seem to get!!!
