This is what I could find. Roosendaal is not near Amsterdam, however.
Check Googlemaps for location in relation to A'dam.

In that case, try these links that were provided by PJ's page:
http://www.soe-parachute.com/
http://www.tandemsprong.com/
http://www.tandemsprong.nl/
These 3 are closest to Amsterdam (Badhoevedorp, Purmerend, Amsterdam)

I noticed that too (the Amsterdam link not working); Hilversum is an option as well.

Re: sky diving

I don't think so. There is some paragliding at the coast from the dunes,
... and there is kate surfing along the coast too.

Travel Tips for Amsterdam
Holland Pass
by oRi_5
When in holland, we opted to buy the Holland Pass, and definitely did a good deal with it. There are different levels you can choose - mostly depending on how much time you have available. Once you buy the card you have free entrance included to a number of museums and attractions which you can choose from a list they give you. Over and above those, you also get discounts and skip the lines at various places, including shops and restaurtants. If you work things out well, you will save alot of money.
For example we got the XL edition @ €48 (You can get a 5% discount if you buy it online - http://www.hollandpass.com/en/) and used it for the following entrances:
A: Excursion: Windmills and Edam @ €32.00
B: Artis Zoo @ €18.50
C: Canal 100 Highlights Cruise @ €12.50
D: Museum Geelvnick @ €7.00
E: Gassan Diamonds - Free entrance - with champagne & special gift (wasn't worth it as it was just chocolates not a diamond!)
XL: Xtra Cold Ice Bar @ €19.50
All this already totals up to €89.50 - almost double what we paid for the Holland pass. Over and above that we also used it for discounts when buying souvenirs and cheese from certain shops as well as at restaurants.
We also found it handy because we hadn't planned anything for our trip, so this book gave us plenty of ideas of where to go, what to see and how to get there. Definitely a must have for your trip. You can also get discounts outside Amsterdam.
We bought our pass from the GVB Transport Station opposite Central Station when purchasing our 4 day unlimited travel pass - this is definitely useful to help you get around to see all these places! Check my tips for more info on this.

On April 30th the Dutch celebrate the Queens birthday and Amsterdam is transformed into one huge party/fleamarket as people sell their junk in the streets and celebrate with a lot of beer and music. Sitting on the grass in the Vondel park in the summer.
Old houses
by betako3
I'm sure that everybody who visits old Amsterdam falls in love with its architecture. I loved those blocks of houses aligned along canals, supporting each other like people standing shoulder to shoulder. Some were so old that they seemed on the verge of crumbling. It made me sad at times. Our tourgide said at some point that she couldn't understand why the prices of real estate in that area were so high and still growing. The houses were built a few hundred years ago on something like wooden logs driven into wet ground for stability. Now living in the houses becomes more and more dangerous. If nothing is done, she said, they still have about a hundred years or so before they go down. Is that true?
Umm...Leaning Houses?
by adambeau
Houses like this one pictured, :) are built with a very noticeable leaning characteristic. It's a bit strange to see, and not an accident.
If you lived on the upper floors, you'd be glad, too. Makes getting your heavy furniture inside much easier when winch and pulleys are used. I saw several homes where the ropes were still out on the pulleys.
Many different gables catch the eye, too.
