Rude and arrogant staff
It is quite nice and clean campsite, good access to the city centre, but the owners and their services are atrocious - when politely asking them to return our passports, the staff started to be very rude and even shouted at us! when we sat on a bench in front of a shop for a few minutes, trying to plan our route through wi-fi (which works only in this area), we were aggressively thrown out, that the bench is only for people, who buy something in the shop...fair enough, they have the right to ask us to leave - but they should do it politely, not treating us like a trash!
also - very unusual thing for quite an expensive campiste - no toilet paper on the toilets!
if you want to stay in a nice place with friendly staff, try ZEEBURG campsite- nice place (a bit further from the city centre), but very nice and helpful people, everything without problem.
