Hotel Uptown / The Rookies: smoker friendly and clean

The Rookies Hotel as it is now called is a clean,smoker friendly hotel above a coffeeshop not far from the Leidseplein.The rooms are not a bad size but there is no lift. Stayed there in Jan this year and will be staying there this Xmas(70 euros for a double room).
