    As far as being on the Euro and how un-safe I felt in Amsterdam...this is a great place to stay. If this is the Hotel Ibis that is next to Central Station Amsterdam I would tell everyone & there mother to stay at this hotel.
    Rates are pretty good if you have the money to blow, very nice hotel, and in a great location.

    • Located about 5km from central Amsterdam this hotel is a good option if you don't mind staying outside downtown Amsterdam. The neighbourhood is calm and safe. The rooms are clean and the staff is friendly. There is a restaurant serving breakfast, lunch and diner. Parking is available outside the hotel.

    When i arrived at the hotel... got a room on the 8th floor with the view were very surprised... thought that i'm in the middle of the industrial area...

    Room was clean BUT the smell... like no one opened window for ages...

    Not very bad location... 8 min walk from the train station, 2 min from the bus...
