This hotel is located on a side street 100 feet away from the World famous Hotel De Europe.....the prices were a bit steep but the staff was very helpful and friendly. The rooms very avearge in size.... but they had clean bathrooms. Would recommed it, if the Park Hotel (see my other hotel tip) is full......location is great, and easy to find !!!!
I stayed there in November for only one night when travelling alone to Amsterdam on a weekend-trip. Friendly staff, clean and warm and friendly atmosphere.
There is a relaxed coffe place attached to the hotel and another cool loft like restaurant where you can get food all day - salads, sandwiches and soups etc. They serve dinner as from around 6pm on first floor. I enjoyed the nice view on the Amstel in the non smoking section.
