relaxing accomodation in ams
try TRUELOVE b&b in the Langestraat (owned by a gay couple who run an antiques shop nearbye. I stayed in one of their apartments. nicely furnished and central
Also the PALACE HOTEL/b&b in Spuistraat. Stayed there last year. rooms contemporary in style, and good breakfast provided in fridge (in room)
This is also run by a gay couple who have the hairdresser at street level.

Palace b&b is very modern in style and roomy. Breakfast is very good with lots of choices from the fridge. Dining table provided for meals.
